I saw this “link train” idea in my technorati incoming links, and I’m afraid I could resist doing it too. The idea is to build your number of “favourites” on Technorati and discover some new blogs in the process.
I’ve added some of my faves to the list, lets see where this goes.

The other day Mike Cherim informed me that usability legend Jeffrey Zeldman is using my wordpress comment spam stopper plugin on his site. Now I’ve seen it styled nicely and integrated into the comment form there. There you go, proof it must be good

From Mike C - I made several small modifications in the wp-gbcf_form.php to even further enhance security. I also modified the mail header to extract the character set from the blog settings instead of hard-coding it. It was hard-coded utf-8, and on most blogs will remain as such, but now that can be modified if the webmaster has selected another charset for their blog. The documentation file, wp-gbcf_help.php, was also updated.

An updated version has been released. In the wp-gbcf_form.php file the blockquote’s cite attribute in the success result was changed, the “Referrer Mismatch” error was modified, the random exploit distribution codes were changed, and mail function detection was added to help users determine if they can use the form.

The secure contact form plugin for wordpress has been updated.
Minor tweaks made to the wp-gbcf_form.php to negotiate IP addresses differently, changed character set to UTF-8 to allow more characters in emails, fixed a typo, and changed the “from” to the sender to allow use with host that require SMTP authentication. Recommendation: Swap out the wp-gbcf_form.php file.

I have just updated the download link for the “secure and accessible contact form for wordpress” to the latest version, it seems I cocked up and forgot to update it, so update your builds if need be. Get build V2.0WP B20061105 here.
Also, we are now offering a modified version which allows you to add multiple recipients to the form in a drop-down menu, for example, if you had various departments (sales, marketing etc). This version would suit a business blog and costs $75. Contact me for more details.

I’ve given curvy corners an overhaul to make it play nicer with other jQuery plugins. This version is now more efficient and should work in IE 6 better now.
